Geekiness,
Just Me,
Life
Oo!
Ye-he-hes. I got myself an iPhone. Waaaah! I’m so jologs talaga.
Pero wa! Wa akong choice. Kelangan na talaga. Kelangan ko na ng bagong PDA. Huhuhu.
Wala. Nagmigrate sila to iPhone, Palm Pre at Android. Sorry nalang talaga my Dragon (ang aking Palm).
Haaaayy. I’ll never forget you Dragon!
Kaya here we are. Me and my iPhone. Syet I hate you Apple! I don’t love you at all but you give me no choice!
Hmmm.. So what does this app do?

TAPOS, bibilis ulit?! Dammit!
Kabaliw!
Kaya, as sponsored by my father dearest, nagbuo ang beauty ng PC. Say hello to my breath of fresh air.
Kawawang nameless PC. Hindi sya ever machachallenge sakin.
Hmmm… Lagyan ko sya sa sunod ng bling-bling. Wooooo… Multi-colored LED lights coming up!

Syempre with warning this time about the geekiness of this blog post.
Anyway, since kelangan kong mag-edit ng video (shucks ang yabang) dahil super dilim nung kuha I resorted to download and use VirtualDub.
(curious kayo no?)
Bat ko binoblog to? Yah. You heard me right. Ulit. I used it before to check on errors sa anime collection ko. (Yah!
They’re already posted. You know where. 2 videos from cam 1 and cam 2.
Note: For those looking to do simple editings on a video. I would suggest VirtualDub paired of course with a codec pack. The best sya! Hindi po to plugging. Freeware naman ang VirtualDub.

Mababaw.
Nyaha!
(Sayang nga lang. 2 months too late yung sagot nya at medyo vague pa. Greg Hitchcock, thanks for the quick reply!)
The who:
Greg Hitchcock – Lead engineer at Microsoft’s Typography Group, involved with the TrueType rasterizer, OpenType, and the ClearType enhancements for LCD screens.
Michael Kaplan – Technical Lead in the International Fundamentals team at Microsoft.

Sorry! Another geek blog.
(Some things I really can’t resist. Hehe! C/C++ rules!)
COBOL was designed so that managers could read code.
BASIC was designed for people who are not programmers.
FORTRAN is for scientists.
ADA comes from a committee – a government committee no less.
PILOT is for teachers.
PASCAL is for students.
LOGO is for children.
APL is for Martians.
FORTH, LISP and PROLOG are specialty languages.
C, however, is for programmers.

Geekiness,
tests
YES! Yes! I KNOW!
I swore that I’d resist posting test results on this blog but I’ve strayed from my promise. This made my day (although today is my day). Any thing that’s says I’m an old-school hard-core (okay I just added the hard-core part) programmer rocks my world.
Link below.
Your programmer personality type is: DLSB
You’re a Doer.
You are very quick at getting tasks done. You believe the outcome is the most important part of a task and the faster you can reach that outcome the better. After all, time is money.
You like coding at a Low level.
You’re from the old school of programming and believe that you should have an intimate relationship with the computer. You don’t mind juggling registers around and spending hours getting a 5% performance increase in an algorithm. (old school! c++ rules! woohoo!! yes, i do. i do have an intimate relationship with my computers. and no it’s not porn haha!)
You work best in a Solo situation.
The best way to program is by yourself. There’s no communication problems, you know every part of the code allowing you to write the best programs possible. (i do what i want with my code. eh ano ngayon kung one-liner lang ibang functions ko?! basta maayos.)
You are a liBeral programmer.
Programming is a complex task and you should use white space and comments as freely as possible to help simplify the task. We’re not writing on paper anymore so we can take up as much room as we need. (i can be liberal at anything. wink wink! haha!)
Geeks will someday rule the world!
Well, now I’m sure mag-mamatandang dalaga ako. Loner daw ako eh. O well, I still have my pc’s.
